I called again Boiler Breakdown after an efficient first intervention when my boiler left me down again. The phone operator sorted out a quick arrival of the engineer, which was critical as I had no hot water in mid-december and the repair was quick.

I had a very pleasant surprise with this company in that they responded and sent out a plumber who knew his stuff within 2 hours of our phone call. The plumber who attended was excellent and did not ..I had a very pleasant surprise with this company in that they responded and sent out a plumber who knew his stuff within 2 hours of our phone call. The plumber who attended was excellent and did not try it on like so many plumbers do! He informed me that 2 parts that had broken down were still under warranty and helped me arrange for the manufacturer to come out and replace these parts FREE of charge whilst he continued his work and I made a phone call. Most plumbers would have tried to get the business from me and charge for the parts but he kindly informed me that we did not need to pay as we should still have the manufacturers gurantee in place. Having been in the property business for over 20 years, I was very happy with his explanations and findings that the plumber told me and he explained everything clearly without trying to make the problem of a small leak worse than it was. I was very happy with the service and will now start to use them for my property company. Highly recommend this firm!Steven Kalogroulis
