• Couldn’t do enough! 3 of the team were there all day, without a break, and replaced an old gas boiler an immersion heater with combi system (and a lot of removal of dead pipe!). Every design decision they asked for feedback instead of crashing on and took my uneducated questions without any issue. Both knowledgable and helpful, and after care they have no hesitation to help either.

• Best boiler service around This is the first time I have used boiler breakdowns. I cant compliment them enough about the excellent service we have received. It wasnt all plain sailing and to be honest, I am quite a demanding customer- nonetheless, they have exceeded our expectations. Our boiler broke down just over a week ago, late one afternoon. We contacted boiler breakdown, as they were the only ones available in our area to come out that day. We were of course a bit wary as we have all experienced poor service and rip offs from gas engineers. Adam, the engineer, turned up at the exact time arranged. he explained the boiler needed replacing (we knew it was on its last legs so not surprised) and said he could sort a new one the next day. We were naturally a bit apprehensive about possibly being rushed into something. Did quick trustpilot search and noted excellent reviews and got some other quotes. Price was reasonable for what was required and I sorted out the paperwork with Jack. It was now getting quite late in the evening and Jack patiently went through this with me, despite the many clarifications and way past his leaving time. Deal was agreed about 9 pm, some urgency required as he had to order parts for the next day. He said it would be there 8 am the next day. Exactly 8 am all the parts arrived. The engineers Adam and James arrived the next day to install boiler. This couldnt be completed that day due to a genuinely unforseeable bend in the flue through the ceiling. They ordered the required parts which turned up the next day and was installed and completed as promised the following day. A few days later, I noticed some water dripping out of one of the pipes. I contacted them and spoke to Conor who helpfully tried to arrange an engineer for that day. He called a bit later to say they couldnt come out that day, but could the next day. I did have a bit of a go at him and insisted on someone that day. He pulled out all the stops and Adam returned that evening to sort it out. It was a blockage of the condensation drainage pipe that could not have been anticipated at the time of installation. I did phone Conor to thank him for the service an apologise for having a go at him. The reality is that there are truly some genuinely excellent gas service providers and i was wrong to have let some prior poor experiences influence me. Boiler breakdowns are a family business that have been around for a very long time. They will genuinely do their utmost to provide an excellent service. I will remain a customer of theirs for as long as they service our area. Thank you to you all at Boiler breakdowns

I had a new boiler the next day. A year on I Got a text to say I needed to get my one year boiler service and was just easy to get it sorted.

• A good experience from SE area I managed to get an appointment on the same day. Customer service called to inform that engineer was delayed. When engineer turned up he was polite, explained to me what needed to be done and get on with it without leaving a mess.

• My experience with Boiler Breakdowns was that it was very good for customer service and the installation of the new boiler. The only thing that was not good was that 3 weeks later I still haven't received a proper invoice. I was promised this as for me, a landlord, I need it for my books. What they supplied was a photo of a handwritten receipt by the engineer who installed the boiler. This isn't enough.
