Following the announcement made by the prime minister, we are still open for the following key services: Plumbing, heating and gas.

How are we preparing ourselves?

At Boiler Breakdowns, our aim is to assist with your needs whilst minimising the risk to our work force and to all customers and we will continue to ensure we do everything we can to stay safe including.

  • Using disposable gloves between each appointment
  • Cleaning our PDA/Handsets with anti-bacterial wipes
  • Requesting customers remain in separate room during visit
  • Wearing masks where available
  • Electronic invoicing

We have also introduced a new lead type which will allow you to seek advice, or a quotation over the phone without a home visit.
