In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to make our customers aware of some updates we have put into place to ensure that our staff and customers remain safe.

As the service we provide involves visiting customer’s homes and properties, we want to advise that we are putting every measure into place to help minimise the risk to all those that we interact with, including our employees, customers & suppliers.

Our staff have also been informed of the symptoms of Coronavirus and have been instructed to check the following sites for the latest updates.


We ask that customers be aware of the following guidelines:

  • Our tradespeople have been instructed that they must self-isolate if they display any symptoms
  • No handshakes on arrival
  • We ask that customers and tradespeople maintain a safe distance from each other throughout the visit to your property
  • Our tradespeople are following hygiene and safety guidelines and we're providing them with regular updates.

We want to avoid any delay or disruption to our work, and we will keep you updated at every step.
