Two years ago, I needed them to change my very ancient boiler which had finally given up the ghost... Seems simple enough, but I have a warm air system which is not very common, and I didn't want to switch to radiators as that would have been a really big job... So they installed a new boiler which has so far worked perfectly. It was still quite a big job, but it was performed efficiently, within budget and specified time frame so I was satisfied.ClaireB-67 West Kensington
