Two years ago, I needed them to change my very ancient boiler which had finally given up the ghost... Seems simple enough, but I have a warm air system which is not very common, and I didn't want to switch to radiators as that would have been a really big job... So they installed a new boiler which has so far worked perfectly. It was still quite a big job, but it was performed efficiently, within budget and specified time frame so I was satisfied.ClaireB-67 West Kensington

However Boiler Breakdowns were very good from start to finish. Their engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the fault quickly. He then ordered the part and was able to return within 48 hours to fix the problem. There was a mix up with the bill at the end however when I contacted them they were extremely helpful and refunded me £144 as a gesture of goodwill within a few days of me raising the issue and took my comments on board about explaining how the costs work. I would have no issues using them again.PaulF-514

I was recommended by a friend to use these guys, so gave them a call, the following day my en-suite is all fixed. The communication from them is great, the pricing is clear and they made sure I was aware of any changes and all the work they were doing. Will definitely use them again!!!!Mr Adam Roberts
