Their engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the fault quickly. He then ordered the part and was able to return within 48 hours to fix the problem. There was a mix up with the bill at the end however when I contacted them they were extremely helpful and refunded me £144 as a gesture of goodwill within a few days of me raising the issue and took my comments on board about explaining how the costs work.
