From calling the office the admin staff were very polite, clearly explained the procedure ie charging rates, timescales clearly and advised engineer would ring 30mins before arrival. Chris (Senior Engineer) rang 30mins before and was very friendly and helpful, explained and showed me exactly what needed repairing/replacing, carried out the jobs without leaving any mess.
