An engineer from another company came in yeste..I have contacted the Boiler Breakdown & Plumbing Specialists this morning - one of 8 companies - following the breakdown of my boiler 2 days earlier. An engineer from another company came in yesterday but was unable to source the necessary parts needed in time. So you can imagine my relief when I was greeted with a friendly and extremely helpful person on the phone whom I felt genuinely cared about finding a solution to my problem. An engineer turned up within an hour and having diagnosed the problem he went and sourced the parts needed immediately and got my boiler working again shortly after. I'm very happy and impressed with the service, professionalism and the care I received from Boiler Breakdown & Plumbing Specialists and recommend them to everyone without hesitation.. From calling the office the admin staff were very polite, clearly explained the procedure ie chargi..I highly recommend Boiler Breakdowns & Plumbing Specialists due to my recent dealings with them. From calling the office the admin staff were very polite, clearly explained the procedure ie charging rates, timescales clearly and advised engineer would ring 30mins before arrival. Chris (Senior Engineer) rang 30mins before and was very friendly and helpful, explained and showed me exactly what needed repairing/replacing, carried out the jobs without leaving any mess.
