I called the company when my boiler suddenly broke down on a cold morning. I was expecting my baby granddaughter and I was very worried. I called the number (because they were near me) but It was the best thing I could have done. The manager understood my situation and made me a priority and said someone would come within an hour. 50 minutes later Besi arrived (one of the senior engineers). He was just wonderful; professional and kind. He found out what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. While he was still at the house the power (and therefore the heating) went off again. Best then very efficiently discovered what the problem was (electrical). He made everything safe and got the heating back on. Besi then provided very good and professional advice as what I needed to do to. He also provided really good options for the new timer that I needed. I am so very grateful to Besi and to the team.FredaG-2 Westminster
