I had been let down by a previous company when my boiler failed. However Boiler Breakdowns were very good from start to finish. Their engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the fault quickly. He then ..I had been let down by a previous company when my boiler failed. However Boiler Breakdowns were very good from start to finish. Their engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the fault quickly. He then ordered the part and was able to return within 48 hours to fix the problem. There was a mix up with the bill at the end however when I contacted them they were extremely helpful and refunded me £144 as a gesture of goodwill within a few days of me raising the issue and took my comments on board about explaining how the costs work.
