I have had numerous problems which have left me with no heating or hot water. This company have been very responsive and available to come out at short notice. They have on each occasion been able to tell me the fault with the boiler and fix it quickly, and showed me how to fix one of the faults myself so that I would not have to call them out again for that particular issue. Firstly, I want to thank Conor in the office who was very patient with me and helped to sort out a time that the engineer could visit to do an assessment and then a further appointment to carry out any necessary repairs. My availability was very limited. The engineer was very knowledgeable and quickly was able to determine what was wrong and what was necessary to do to repair the boiler. He identified a couple of other issues that meant that the boiler was not entirely safe and these issues were also addressed. A gas certificate was then issued at my request. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped but in keeping with what was done.Cecil Farrar
