My boiler failed Thursday morning, I called another company (my usual boiler specialists), bu..A very happy customer! The perfect example of how to get the job done exactly how the customer expects... My boiler failed Thursday morning, I called another company (my usual boiler specialists), but they had bookings for the next 7 days! I checked online and found this business, I made a simple phone call and was welcomed by a member of their team who booked me an engineer call-out for a time slot that was convenient to me (due to work commitments) of 7am-9am the next day. The engineer arrived at 8am, fixed the boiler and checked for any gas leakage amongst all the other usual GasSafe checks, talking me through the steps to let me know the issues that arise or may arise in future, and he did that all within half an hour. I’m now off to work with minimal disruption and a fair price for a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend the engineer and the business to anybody asking. A very happy customer!J
