Friendly, helpful, efficient people Don’t think these folk just look after boilers despite their name. I’m a landlord and I called them from my mobile with a lousy signal about a broken, leaking tap in my Hanwell property. The person who answered the phone was patient, charming, intelligent, helpful and efficient. Despite me being difficult to contact, unable to be at the property, and unable to give her a contact number for my tenant at the time, she organised the whole process for me in very little time. The engineer turned up exactly when they said he would, having called 30 mins before (I did find a contact number in the end). The job was done quickly and efficiently at the price agreed. These folk now have the contract to service the boiler and provide the gas safety certificate for that flat. Recommend unreservedly.
