They have on each occasion been able to tell me the fault with the boiler and fix it quickly, and showed me how to fix one of the faults myself so that I would not have to call them out again for that particular issue. Firstly, I want to thank Conor in the office who was very patient with me and helped to sort out a time that the engineer could visit to do an assessment and then a further appointment to carry out any necessary repairs. My availability was very limited. The engineer was very knowledgeable and quickly was able to determine what was wrong and what was necessary to do to repair the boiler. He identified a couple of other issues that meant that the boiler was not entirely safe and these issues were also addressed. A gas certificate was then issued at my request. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped but in keeping with what was done.Cecil Farrar

There are also the only company that charge by half hour rather than by hour minimum. I therefore asked them for a quote to get a new boiler. They were competitive with a like for like boiler. They were also willing to talk about my other quotes and advise. The engineer Dimeche was also very neat and tidy. Disposed of all rubbish as promised. I had a small leak on the radiator and he came out and fixed it quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I did not initially get a follow up call from the company but they did apologise for this. they were professional throughout.KuldipS-7
