The options were explained clearly and we made a choice there and then on a new boiler. I was expecting them to say they could come back in a week, but when they said they'd be there the next day that was a pleasant surprise. They turned up on time, and explained again what they were planning to do. Besi obviously knows his stuff and removed all unnecessary parts of our old system that they could have left but didn't. I thought that might mean a suitably hefty price tag, but actually they were at the cheaper end of the companies I called and gave a fixed price. They also had an appointment available almost immediately. Refreshingly (and unlike many other tradesmen I've encountered in the past!!!) the plumber was efficient, friendly, smart and left the place exactly as he'd found it. He also turned up at the exact apt time!! How rare it that? Also, some tradesmen still talk down to women on tech issues (I know, unbelievable!), so this plumber just treated me like a 'customer' which is how it shoudl be. It was convenient to pay (I gave card details over the phone but the payment is not taken until after the apt) so I didn't have to worry about having cash to hand. I'll definitely use them in the future and will request the same plumber.CarolineS-106
